Jahurul Islam Medical College Hospial (JIMCH) has declared “Health Service Month” on the occasion of the birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman,The jubilee of independence. Hon’ble Member of Parliament for Kishoreganj 05 (Bajitpur, Nikli) Alhaj Afzal Hossain MP inaugurated the Health Care Month with a festive function at Jahurul Islam Medical College auditorium. At the beginning of the program, the director of the hospital, in his congratulatory speech, spoke about how the hospital has kept the health care activities of the people in mind from the very beginning of COVID 19 difficult time. He assured that Jahurul Islam Medical College Hospital would be with all of you in any difficult time.

Additional  Director General Abu Lutfe Fazle Rahim Khan said Jahurul Islam Medical College Hospital is working tirelessly to provide quality medical services at a low cost over time. Speaking as the chief guest of the function, Mr Alhaj Afzal Hossain MP said that this initiative of the hospital authorities to make the birth centenary of Bangabandhu and the golden jubilee of independence more glorious deserves praise. He offered a 10% discount on all types of tests and pharmacy medicines, keeping in mind the needs of the general public during the health care month. Among the guests, Prof. Syed Mahmudul Aziz, Principal of Jahurul Islam Medical College, Mr Mostafizur Rahman, Senior Vice President of Bajitpur Upazila Awami League, spoke on this occasion. Also, in the morning, Hon’ble MP Alhaj Afzal Hossain MP inaugurated the Jahurul Islam Medical College Ground Complex.
